Traditional Japanese style. Comfortable and central, with all amenities. Excellent, helpful and kind staff. Short walk to Yu road for the slopes. Delicious set Japanese dinner. Peaceful foyer with reading nook and small library, and superb little gift shop.

Location is superb, just a short walk up to the travelators and straight onto the slopes. Also a very short walk from all shops and restaurants. 3 bed Ryokan was excellent with a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We loved using the onsen every day too.

it’s a short distance to bus terminal, couple of mins walk. The onsen is decent size. The housekeeper remembered that we didn’t ask for housekeeping but yet they delivered a set of new towels and amenities. perfect in this sense.
